GXR may be worth nothing

GXR is a utility token distributed for free. There is no promise that it will trade at any price, that liquidity will exist, or that any exchange will list it. The project may fail. Treat any value as a possibility, not an expectation, and never spend money you cannot lose to acquire GXR or to promote a referral link.

Balances during the season are not tokens

Ledger balances are database records until the snapshot. Accounts found to breach the terms (bots, multi-accounting, purchased accounts) are removed and receive nothing. Honest users' balances are never reduced, but the season may be shortened by an epoch cap being reached early, which reduces the total you can mine.

Smart-contract and blockchain risk

Tokens are delivered by smart contracts on TON and later bridged via LayerZero. Contracts will be audited, but audits do not eliminate risk. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. If you send tokens to the wrong address or lose access to your wallet, nobody can recover them.

Platform risk

The Mini App depends on Telegram and on TON. Changes to their terms, outages, or removal of the app could interrupt or end the season. In that case we will publish what we can about the state of the ledger.

Scams

Because mining is free, scammers imitate the project to steal wallets. Only use links from /official-links. We never ask for a seed phrase and never ask you to send funds.

Restricted jurisdictions

The Service is not offered to persons in, or residents of: the United States of America and its territories; the People's Republic of China; and any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United States (including, at the time of writing, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions), or where participation would be unlawful. This list is a draft and will be finalized by counsel. Access from restricted jurisdictions to the on-chain claim and bridge pages is blocked.

Taxes

You are responsible for any tax consequences of receiving, holding, or disposing of GXR where you live.
