1. Who we are

The GLOXAR Mini App, this website, and the GXR token distribution (together, the "Service") are operated by the entity named in the imprint below ("we"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. What the Service is

The Service is a promotional token distribution. During a fixed 180-day season, eligible users may record one claim per UTC day on an off-chain ledger. After the season, recorded balances of eligible accounts may be converted into an allocation of GXR, a utility token on the TON blockchain, claimable by a wallet the user has linked.

Nothing in the Service is an offer or sale of securities, an investment, a deposit, or a loan. GXR has no guaranteed value, may have no market, and may become worthless.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and not a resident of, or located in, a restricted jurisdiction (see the risk disclosure). You must use the Service with a single Telegram account that is yours. Multiple accounts, automation, and the use of emulators, farms, or purchased accounts are prohibited.

4. Ledger balances are not tokens

Balances shown during the season are records in our database, not tokens and not property. They give no right to anything until and unless an allocation is published at the snapshot. We may correct or remove balances that were obtained in breach of these terms, including by automated Sybil detection, without notice. We do not reduce the balances of users who comply with these terms.

5. Referrals

Referral bonuses are computed as described in the documentation. Referral attribution is permanent. Paid promotion of referral links is allowed; misleading promotion (fake giveaways, promises of returns, impersonating us) is not, and results in removal of the referral tree.

6. Wallets

Linking a wallet requires signing a proof of ownership; it never requires sending funds. You are responsible for the security of your wallet. We cannot recover allocations claimed to a wallet you no longer control.

7. Changes and termination

We may change the Service, including reward parameters, before the season starts, and may fix bugs at any time. Parameters published in the documentation at season start will not be changed during the season except to correct an error, in which case the correction will be announced. We may suspend the Service for maintenance or security reasons. We may end the Service before TGE if required by law or if the platform terms of Telegram or TON change in a way that makes it impossible to continue; in that case no allocation is owed.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us for the Service, which is zero. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law

To be set by counsel together with the operating entity and dispute forum.
